Haulkart Refund & Return Policy

At Haulkart, your satisfaction matters to us. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.


📅 Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.


📦 Eligible Items for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal hygiene items (cleaning cloths, brushes, etc.)
  • Opened or used Cleaning & Household products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Electronic items that show signs of damage/misuse
  • Toys & Games that have been opened, used, or are missing parts
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events
  • Items returned due to change of mind, dislike of material/color, or minor size variations
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong purchase
  • Dislike of color/material
  • Size/fit issues (where applicable)

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return within the 7-day window:

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video of the item (required for damage/defect claims)
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We currently do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Items must be shipped via a trackable courier service.
  • Haulkart is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Shipping fees
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges
  • Handling fees (if any)

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a replacement item, you can:

  • Place a new order for your preferred item
  • Return the original item

✂️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping (if applicable).

Important Notes

Haulkart reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above
  • Refuse refunds for items returned in used or damaged condition
  • Request additional photos/video for verification
