- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time may take slightly longer during festivals, sales, or peak seasons.
🚚 Delivery Time
We deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.
You can track your order anytime using the provided link.
🛑 Delivery Delays
Your delivery may be delayed due to:
- High order volume
- Courier/logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information

🏠 Delivery Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete.
Haulkart is not responsible for delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the package
In such cases, re-delivery charges (if applicable) may apply.
📦 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Capture photos/videos of the package and product
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Currently, Haulkart ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
